The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the pool area. The location was quiet with a nice view of the surrounding area. the WiFi connection was strong, making it easy to stay connected.

Great food and friendly staff We recently stayed in a hotel in Razgrad and the food was amazing. the freshly made breakfast was delicious and the bartenders were very friendly. the hotel was easy to find from the main road and was located near several tourist attractions. We also enjoyed having a pool on site which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Terrible bed and outdated decor Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the bed. It was old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well throughout the night.

This hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden, bar, restaurant, and an outdoor pool where starlings often gather. the rooms are spacious, airy, and well-equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, heating. the bathrooms are also big with immediate hot water.
The hotel reception is not available 24/7 and there have been instances where receptionists have agreed to help with early morning taxi calls but haven't followed through, leaving guests stranded.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling.
The stay was ruined by the constant noise coming from the outside. The windows were not soundproof, making it almost impossible to sleep at night.
